30 years ago, in May 1995, class 8b of the Realschule Süd Bad Oeynhausen organized a first donation campaign for the pupils in Ruli/Rwnada after Mr Versick’s impressive visit one month earlier.
Michael Schomers and his film team visited this event. At this occasion, Michael asked us if we really intended to travel to Rwanda. He said he would be available in November and would like to accompany us.
The idea suddenly became real – and we had to make a decision.
